The R620 is a Regional Route in South Africa. Its southern terminus is the R61, at Ramsgate, KwaZulu-Natal. The R620 runs parallel to the R61 for its entire length, but is more coastal, and passes through the coastal towns. After Ramsgate, it passes through Margate, Uvongo, Shelly Beach. It ends its route at Oslo Beach, just south of Port Shepstone, at an intersection with the R102.
