Ragnar Bøe Elgsaas

Ragnar Bøe Elgsaas (born 1972) is a former Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was leader of the Oslo chapter of the Workers' Youth League (AUF) from 1993 until 1995, when he withdrew after the publishing of the Workers' Youth League membership scandal in Verdens Gang. In 1998, he was convicted of fraud.[1][2]
