Raimo Hämäläinen

Raimo P. Hämäläinen (born 1948, Helsinki) is a professor of Applied Mathematics and Operations Research at the Aalto University School of Science (Aalto SCI), Finland. Professor Hämäläinen is the founder and director of the Systems Analysis laboratory at Aalto SCI, and his research interests cover game theory, decision sciences, energy modelling and resource management as well as systems thinking.

In 2004, The International Society for Multiple Criteria Decision Making awarded Professor Hämäläinen for his work on MCDM research.
