Regina Riot are Regina's first and only women's tackle football team in the Western Women's Canadian Football League competing in the Prairie Conference. The team, and the league just ended their fifth season. Their provincial rivals are the Saskatoon Valkyries.

Of note, the team snapped the Saskatoon Valkyries undefeated streak and claimed the 2013 Prairie Conference regular season title. The current head coach is Olivier Eddie and the team General Manager is Alicia Dorwart. Games are contested at Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field.
