Reshteh khoshkar-reshte khoshkar (Template:Lang-fa) is the traditional cookie for Ramadan in Gilan Province, Iran. It is made of rice flour, sugar, walnut, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and spice, slowly fried in hot oil or fat.
