Richard Blair (born 6 March 1967) is an English former cricketer. He was a left-handed batsman who played for Bedfordshire. He was born in Stanstead, Suffolk.

Blair represented Bedfordshire in the Minor Counties Championship and the MCC Trophy between 1989 and 1995, but made just a single List A appearance for the side, during the 1994 NatWest Trophy competition. Blair scored 21 runs in his only one-day innings.[1]
