Richard Canreba Caulker (18??-1901) was ruler of the Bumpe Chiefdom, 1864-1888 and 1894-1901. He was a member of the Caulker family, descendants of Thomas Corker.[1]

He attended Sierra Leone Grammar School with a scholarship from the British colonial authorities in Sierra Leone.[1]

His son, Thomas Caulker, was sent to England to be educated. However Thomas went blind and died at the age of 13.
