Richard Giragosian is an American-born Armenian political analyst. Richard Giragosian is the director of the Regional Studies Center, an independent think tank in Yerevan Armenia. He is deeply involved in Armenian-Turkish diplomacy and is regarded as an expert on South Caucasus. Giragosian served in the US Senate and is a former consultant to the US military, the OSCE, the World Bank and other organizations. Giragosian is the head of the Yerevan-based independent think Regional Studies Center.[1]
