Richard Heinrich Rosenblatt (born December 21, 1930 in Kansas City, Missouri[1]) is an American Ichthyologogist.[2] Rosenblatt was awarded the American Society of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists "Frederick H. Stoye Award" for undergraduate students in Ichthyology in 1956 and 1957.[3]
