Richard Snell (December 19, 1955 – February 21, 2006) was an American make-up artist.

He was nominated at the 64th Academy Awards for Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. This was for Best Makeup. He shared his nomination with Edward French and Michael Mills.[1]

He also did the makeup on the TV show Star Trek: The Next Generation.
