Richard Wright (MP)

Richard Wright (c.1568-1639), of Sherborne, Dorset, was an English politician.

Family

Although the names of his family are unknown, he must have married and had children as his will named his sister and grandchildren.

Career

He was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of England for Dorchester in 1597 and for Queenborough in 1604. He was Mayor of Lyme Regis 1617-18.[1]
