Robert L. Bailey (August 7, 1892 – December 23, 1957) was the fourth Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas, serving as Governor Carl Edward Bailey's lieutenant governor, as well as Governor Homer Martin Adkins' first lieutenant governor.
