Roel Boomstra
Roel Boomstra (born 9 March 1993 in Utrecht) is a Dutch draughts player who won the 2016 World Draughts Championship match.[1] He ranked third at the 2013 World Draughts Championship in Ufa.[2] In 2014 Roel Boomstra won the Draughts European Championship. He also won the Dutch championship (2012, 2015). Boomstra is an International grandmaster.
