The Roman Catholic Diocese of Petrolina (Template:Lang-la) is a suffragan diocese in the Latin rite Ecclesiastical province of Olinda e Recife in southernmost Brazil.

Its cathedral episcopal see is Catedral Sagrado Coração de Jesus e Cristo Rei, dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Christ the King, in the city of Petrolina in the state of Pernambuco.
