The Roman Catholic Diocese of Sapporo Latin: Sapporen(sis), Japanese: カトリック札幌教区 } is a diocese located in the city of Sapporo in the Ecclesiastical province of Tokyo in Japan.
History
- February 12, 1915: Established as Apostolic Prefecture of Sapporo from Diocese of Hakodate
- March 30, 1929: Promoted as Apostolic Vicariate of Sapporo
- December 11, 1952: Promoted as Diocese of Sapporo
