Roman Eduardovich Minayev (Russian: Роман Эдуардович Минаев; born 24 December 1997) is a Russian football player who plays for FC Avangard Kursk.

He made his debut in the Russian Professional Football League for FC Avangard Kursk on 20 July 2016 in a game against FC Energomash Belgorod.[1]
