Routes to Work South is a charity based in South Lanarkshire, Scotland which helps unemployed people in the area into employment. It offers courses which aim to improve employability and update skills, advice on current vacancies and help in finding jobs.[1] South Lanarkshire residents are often referred to the organisation by their local Job Centre, but individuals are also encouraged to contact the service on their own initiative. Employers may also find useful information to aid them in employment and recruitment, and individuals in employment can find training schemes available which may help their future careers. Routes To Work South has offices in Cambuslang, East Kilbride, Hamilton and Lanark.

Current projects

The company has many projects to help people into employment, including South Lanarkshire Jobs Fund, Making it Work, Job Brokers, Employability, and Employer Service Consultants.
