Routhgram is an Indian village is adjacent to Kaigram in the Bardhaman district of West Bengal. The population of the village is around 2000.

The main market of the area is under this village and it is called Hattala. The bus stop of the locality is also under this village.

The main occupation is agriculture. There are also people who are businessmen, some do services in private and government sector.

There is a big football ground (Paldirpar) at the end side of the village.
