The rufous-browed tyrannulet (Phylloscartes superciliaris) is a species of bird in the family Tyrannidae.

It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
