The rufous chatterer (Turdoides rubiginosa) is a species of bird in the Leiothrichidae family. It is found in Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are dry savanna and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.
