Ruslans Nakoņečnijs (also Ruslans Nakonechnyi or Ruslan Nakonechnyi, born 21 April 1989) is a Latvian modern pentathlete. He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in the men's event.[1]
