Rzuszcze [ˈʐuʂt͡ʂɛ] (German: Ruschütz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Główczyce, within Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Główczyce, 33 km (21 mi) north-east of Słupsk, and 82 km (51 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Before 1648 the area was part of Duchy of Pomerania, 1648-1945 Prussia and Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.

The village has a population of 308.
