Seth Odell "S. Dell" Penniston (June 9, 1870 – February 7, 1961) was an American farmer and politician.

Born in Argyle, Wisconsin, Penniston was a farmer. Penniston served on the Argyle Town Board and was a Republican. Penniston served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1927 to 1933. Penniston died at his farm house in Argyle, Wisconsin.[1][2]
