Sašo Krstev or Saško Krstev (Macedonian: Сашо Крстев; born 1 November 1975) is a retired Macedonian international footballer who was last played for FK Vardar Negotino.

Krstev made 6 appearances for the Macedonia national football team from 2001 to 2005.[1]
