Sabina Rosengren Jacobsen (born 24 March 1989) is a Swedish handball player, playing for FC Midtjylland Håndbold and the Swedish women's national handball team.[1]

At the 2010 European Women's Handball Championship she reached the final and won a silver medal with the Swedish team.[2]
