Sain Qaleh Rural District (Persian: دهستان صائين قلعه) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Abhar County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 12,005, in 2,901 families.[1] The rural district has 12 villages.
