Sajzy [ˈsai̯zɨ] (German: Zeysen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ełk, within Ełk County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of Ełk and 120 km (75 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
