Sallqayuq (Quechua sallqa wild, -yuq a suffix,[2] "the one with wilderness", hispanicized spelling Salcayoc) is a 4,838 m (15,873 ft) high mountain in the eastern extensions of the Willkapampa mountain range in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Cusco Region, Urubamba Province, Ollantaytambo District.[3]
