Samuel Barter

Samuel Barter was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1879.[1] Additionally, he was President (similar to Mayor) of Markesan, Wisconsin and a member of the county board of supervisors of Green Lake County, Wisconsin. He was a Republican. Barter was born on February 14, 1828 in Kingskerswell, England.
