Sandra Cacic (born September 10, 1974 in Joliet, Illinois) is a retired professional American tennis player.

Her Croatian surname is Čačić and she is of Croatian American descent.[citation needed] Cacic's highest WTA singles ranking is 39th, which she reached on May 9, 1994. Her career high in doubles was at 87 set on February 8, 1999; in April 1998 she won the Amelia Island tournament, partnering Mary Pierce. In singles she won the Auckland tournament in January 1996.

While playing, Cacic kept a residence in Bradenton, Florida.
