Sarah Thomas (born 12 January 1981 in Aberdare, Rhondda Cynon Taf) is a Welsh field hockey midfield and forward player, who is a member of the Wales and Great Britain women's field hockey team since making her GB debut in 2003. She was part of the team that won bronze at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
