Scinax blairi is a species of frog in the family Hylidae.

Habitat and ecology

It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, freshwater marshes, pastureland, plantations, rural gardens, ponds, irrigated land, seasonally flooded agricultural land, and canals and ditches.
