Self-Transcendence Marathon

The Self-Transcendence Marathon is a marathon around the shores of Rockland Lake State Park, located in Congers, New York, north of New York City. Inaugurated in 2002, the event attracts around 900 international runners. The Marathon takes place in the last week of August.[1] The race is organised by the Sri Chinmoy Mararthon Team.
