Seppo Kuusela (25 February 1934 – 16 October 2014)[1] was a Finnish basketball player and basketball coach. 182 cm tall Kuusela played in SM-sarja winning multiple Finnish Championships. Alongside Finnish competitions, Kuusela represented Finland's national team in five European championships (1955, 1957, 1959, 1961 and 1963).[2] Reporters voted him Finnish Basketball Player of the Year twice, in 1959 and 1960.
