Sergey Konstantinovich Lapochkin (Russian: Сергей Константинович Лапочкин; born 3 October 1958 in Leningrad, Russian SFSR) is a retired Russian professional football referee.[1]
His son, also named Sergey Lapochkin is a FIFA referee.
