Setubandhāsana

Setu Bandhasana is an Asana. It is translated as Bridge from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "setu" meaning "bridge", "bandha" meaning "bound", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".[1][2][3][4][5]

Benefits and Cautions

Setu Bandhasana has many benefits: it strengthens the leg and glute muscles, increases the spinal flexibility, opens up the chest and front shoulders.

Be careful while doing this pose if you have neck or any spinal injuries, as well a knee injuries.[1][2][3][4][5]
