Template:Infobox South African subplace 2011 Shelly Beach is a coastal town in Ugu District Municipality in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. It includes the largest shopping centre in the KZN South Coast, South Coast Mall and another large shopping centre, Shelly Centre. It is located between Uvongo and Port Shepstone.
