The Sijil Kemuliaan (Certificate of Honour) is a Singaporean award instituted in 1962.

The Certificate of Honour consists of a scroll bearing the State Arms and the signature and seal of the President. Recipients of a Certificate of Honour are entitled to wear a silver badge known as the Badge of Honour.

Ordinarily, only Singapore citizens could be awarded the Certificates of Honour, but in special circumstances, Honorary Certificates of Honour may be awarded to non-Singapore Citizens.

Description

  • The Badge of Honour is a silver badge, bearing on the obverse side the State Arms in full colour on a white enamelled shield encircled by interlocking serrations circumscribed by a laurel wreath on the top and a scroll bearing the words "SIJIL KEMULIAAN" below.
  • The reverse side bears a crescent and 5 stars.
  • The ribbon is red with a white centre band and a white stripe to each side.
