Simon Keogh (born 1979) is a rugby union player who played on the wing for Leinster Rugby. He has won the Heineken Cup with Leinster. He has been on the Ireland A's squad as well as the Colorado 2009 Churchill Cup squad. He used to play for Harlequins where he won the Challenge Cup where he scored the winning try in injury-time.

Simon is CEO of Rugby Players Ireland a representative body for professional rugby players in Ireland. [1]
