Simplicio de Castro (January 13, 1914 – 1940s) was a Filipino boxer who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics.

In 1936 he was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the welterweight class after losing his fight to Roger Tritz.

He was killed during World War II.
