Skateboard is a 1978 American film directed by George Gage and starring Leif Garrett. Tony Alva features in a cameo as "Tony Blue-tile".[1]

Overview

A Hollywood agent with gambling debts has to come up with the cash fast. He organizes a team of skateboarders to enter them in a major skateboarding competition in spite of opposition from a dangerous gangster.

Trivia

The song played over the opening footage was recorded by Airborne, whose members Mickey Thomas and Craig Chaquico later served as lead vocalist and guitarist of Starship.
