The slaty-breasted wood rail (Aramides saracura) is a species of bird in the family Rallidae. It is found in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. Its natural habitats are temperate forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers.
