Smoked salmon cheesecake is a savoury cheesecake containing smoked salmon.[1] It is most frequently served as an appetizer or a buffet item.[2][3]

Michael Portillo visited a family-run smokehouse on the Isle of Skye, Scotland[4] during his Great British Railway Journeys series. After sampling their smoked salmon cheesecake he commented "you haven't lived till you've tasted this."[5]
