Snehal Ambekar (Marathi: स्नेहल आंबेकर) (born July 31, 1972) is Shiv Sena Politician from Mumbai. She is the current Mayor of Mumbai.[1] She is the 7th woman and 1st dalit woman to hold the position.[2] There has been controversy regarding her use as mayor of a red beacon on top of her car.[3]
