Sora no Method (天体のメソッド, Sora no Mesoddo) is an upcoming Japanese anime television series produced by Infinite and directed by Masayuki Sakoi. The story was originally conceived by Naoki Hisaya, who also wrote the screenplay, with original character design by the group QP:flapper[1] made up of Tometa Ohara and Koharu Sakura. It will begin airing in Japan in October 2014.

Manga

A manga adaptation, written by Naoki Hisaya and illustrated by Yuka Namisaki, began serialization in the October 2014 issue of ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Daioh magazine released on August 27, 2014.[2]

Anime

The anime television series is directed by Masayuki Sakoi and produced by Infinite. It will begin airing in Japan in October 2014.[3] The screenplay is written by Naoki Hisaya, who originally conceived the series. Chief animator Yukie Akitani based the character design used in the anime on original designs by the group QP:flapper made up of Tometa Ohara and Koharu Sakura. Sound and music direction is headed by Jin Aketagawa.[4] An image song produced for the anime is "North Method" by Larval Stage Planning. The opening theme will also be by Larval Stage Planning, and the ending theme will be by Fhána.
