Sparganothis rubicundana is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in the Czech Republic, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland and Russia.[2] It is also found in North America, where it has been reported from Alaska, Manitoba, the Northwest Territory and Ontario.[3]
The wingspan is 19–22 mm for males and 15–17 mm for females.[4] Adults are on wing in July and August in northern Europe.[5]
The larvae feed on Vaccinium myrtillus.[6] Larvae can be found from May to June.
