The Spencer's river tree frog, or Spencer’s tree frog[2] or spotted tree frog (Litoria spenceri) is a species of frogs in the Hylidae family.

It is endemic to Australia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
