Jack Spencer Collier (born March 27, 1973) is an American politician. He has served as a Republican member for the 105th district in the Alabama House of Representatives from 2002 to 2010. He later served as the Secretary of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency until his dismissal in 2016.[1][2]On January 30, 2017, Collier was named the Chief of Police for the City of Selma, Alabama.
