Stéphane Artano (born March 9, 1973) is the president of the Conseil territorial of Saint Pierre and Miquelon,[1] having been elected to that post on March 24, 2006. He is a member of the local political party Archipelago Tomorrow. Artano was convicted of embezzlement in 2009. [2][3][4]
