Stary Niedróż [ˈstarɨ ˈɲɛdruʂ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Raciąż, within Płońsk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) west of Raciąż, 31 km (19 mi) north-west of Płońsk, and 93 km (58 mi) north-west of Warsaw.

The village has a population of 70.
